Some people were disappointed that there would be multiple types of the same Unique item (like Rings, Amulets) because it would be confusing to trading. But that's always going to be the case because there are 1.08 items, 1.09 items, 1.10 items. So there are going to be items with the same names but different stats. There are also set items that will be that way. And that will be the case with other items. So players will just have to adjust to the new rules and items.
