| i am practising my english at present by watching FRIENDS. My english is slowing down since i work for a comapny. for change this situation, i keep on reading english news paper and watching tvbpearl or atv english news in the morning. i found it is a good way. especially i can learn slangs from those kind of american tv program. basically, its not easy to understand what the people saying in program thats why i need the script. read the script first then turn back the video and listen to it again. see how many words you can grab and how many words you can understand. its not doubt you would meet some strange words and phrase in the script. never mind , just ask your thesaurus and your friends who might help you. day by day, month by month, your english skill will be improved a lot. keep on going friends, i am doing so. ----
