1. Consciously be grateful for the good in your life. Make lists. Have gratitude flings.
Be thankful for little things, big things, everything. An attitude of gratitude is a great, full feeling.
2. Laugh---out loud and often. Laughter is good for you. Crying is also a marvelous release.
Tears are natural part if the healing process---and of the enjoyment process, as well. Allow yourself to be moved by life.
3. Share a special time with a friend---an early morning breakfast, a walk at sunset,
a latenight conversation. When your souls are free from the
day's concerns, you can savor the quiet bond between you.
