"Sharper Image" is a store in the U.S. that sells high tech "toys". I
mean toys in a loose way. Things that grown-ups like. For example, hig
h quality CD stereo, nice HD TV's, or bicycles that can be folded into
a small package. Their products you normally don't see anywhere else.
There are more people looking at them than people who actually purcha
se anything. "Sharper Image-level gizmo" means things that are fancy b
ut have not been tested broadly.
