“知识经济在美国”

。。。。。。 有形物质的作用相对降低，知识和
智力的作用相对提高，这可以通过美国和日本两个世界
上最发达的国家的比较来说明。
日本的钢铁企业是美国的四倍，摩托车工厂是美国
的五倍，汽车企业是美国的三倍。 为建造这些企业并
使它们运转，日本投入了大量的有形物质。 相反，美
国的芯片公司比日本多十四倍，计算机和软件公司比日
本多四倍。
美国的有形物质投入比日本少，例如微软公司就没
有传统意义上的厂房，但国内生产总值和经济增长率却
远高于日本。
较高的经济增长在成熟的理性的股市上有明显的反
应:
纽约股市1995年比上年上升33.5%， 1996年比上年
上升26%, 1997年比上年上升22.6%, 而东京日经股指
1997年底降到1985年以来的最低点，全年降幅为21.2%。
