my answer is the sentence is right. why?
1. 是的, 学院语法书认为不能用复数.
2. 但用a ten years boy(old)这种复数形式也常见.
3. 在daily mail中喜用复数形式.
4. 一般小数字时有人倾向用复数形式. 如百米赛就
有三种形式:(1)100-metre race, (2)100-metres' race,
(3)100-metres race.

I remember that the phase number-year-old has the same function as the adj.
There is no "s" after year and old.
So is the sentence above right?
