......在美国，宪法就是自由，宪政就是自由的保
障。 这种宪政制度是真正将法律视为目地而非手段，
更不是伟人们施展抱负的工具。
伟人也是人，人的种种自身难以克服的缺陷在伟人
身上同样存在，人格的完善让哲学家去思考，法律只解
决制度问题，以制度的力量避免人的缺陷给社会带来的
灾难。
因为伟人的人格缺陷一旦糅合进他的政治抱负中，
那怕这个缺陷只是宏伟抱负中一个微小的漏洞， “ 就
因为这个微小的漏洞，每个人的自由迟早会丧失 ”(塞
尔登语)。
人类历史，由伟人扩张而来的独裁和专制的例子还
少吗？......
