也许大家认为VIA 4-in-1补丁的安装很简单，只要运行setup程序，然后一步步地
单击Next按钮直到Finish。可是您会发现重新启动计算机之后4-in-1补丁只安装
了AGP与Chipsets（芯片）Inf补丁，其余如DMA补丁和IRQ补丁等却没有安装上，
不信你可以查看“设备管理器”中磁盘驱动器是否正确认识硬盘的型号，例如我的
硬盘是金钻四代，型号是Mator 51024U2并没有被识别出来。这是什么原因，经过
分析才直到VIA 4-in-1补丁虽然说是可以一齐安装，但我们知道每个设备装完
驱动程序都要重新启动才能生效，比如显卡和声卡的驱动都要分别单独安装，
基本上没有谁把两者的驱动同时安装，然后一起启动的说法。所以笔者在本人的
MSI6309（VIA Apollo 133A）主板上安装VIA 4-in-1补丁产生了疑问——是否
众多的设备驱动同时安装只启动一次。在笔者咨询了大量的网上资料和同行之后，
认为这种装法肯定不行，但为什么威盛要把补丁做成一个包呢？估计考虑到
一些初学用户安装方便和改善VIA补丁一大堆的“良好”形象才将其弄成一
个4-in-1的鸡肋补丁。
如何才能有效的安装VIA的4-in-1补丁，改善其芯片的兼容性和稳定性，
提升它的性能——这可是广大的DIYER们最大愿望。其实不难，只要按照以下的方法
去做，保证您的机器跑得欢。
去VIA的主页（www.via.com.tw）分门别类地上下载各个设备的驱动程序。

下载完这些驱动之后，再分别安装，记住每装一个设备的驱动之后要重新启动
计算机，才能使之生效。因为VIA 4-in-1驱动本身不包含这些驱动的分类。
