It look like the hardware has some conflict or some hardware error.
At first disable some hardware in Control Pannel - System(HD Drive, Floppy Drive,
Display Card, Keyboard, Com port, Lpt Port and other installed device, then try
to enable them with 反序.
This way is proveide by the Microsoft homepage.
