| 材料：青瓜一条，蒜蓉少许，香菜葱花少许
调料：凉拌醋少许，糖，盐，酱油，麻油适量（随个人喜好） 做法：青瓜切小块，用刀拍至微烂，加盐，糖和酱油拌匀，再淋上凉拌醋，十五分钟后加上蒜蓉葱末既可上桌 特点，新鲜，方便 与旧的凉拌菜式相比，卫生（旧时的凉拌腌几个小时，什么细菌都出来啦~），方便，不需要用太多时间做，兴起想吃时十几分钟已经搞定，爽口 根据个人喜好可以用白醋，凉拌醋，浙醋，还可以加辛辣调料 ---- Mirror, mirror Do you like what you see?
