IT Support Engineer
Job Description:
· General IT Support for the internal users in the region on MS Windows and software user support and LAN
technical support.
· System and database administration and general maintenance on departmental application and database server
administration, e.g., data backup and restore, information security.
· Network management on LAN management within local office and coordinated network management with Corp
across region.
· Responsible for software and tools development: simple office automation tools and regional software application
for management.
· Responsible for system and software integration and rollout: planning and coordination across region, system testing,
documentation preparation, and end-users training;
· Co-ordinate and liaison with internal / external parties: internal Corp IT, Tempe IT, external Web hosting parties, ISP.
Requirement:
· Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information System.
· Experience in Linux, UNIX, Web, and Windows NT environment.
· Strong knowledge in VB, ASP, Java, XML, IIS.
· Required programming skills with Oracle and MS SQL.
· Experience in CRM and data warehouse.
· Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
· Strong presentation skills and willing to travel frequently within Asia Pacific Region.
