i am sure the shanghai government is much better than guangzhou's, just judge the civil construction, what the shame guangzhou government is. the zipper road construction, the air pollution, the traffic jam, all tell you guangzhou is a city with no order.

perhaps everything is prepared by the government, shanghai people is lazy to make more progress. the walking speed on the street and so on can tell you. shanghai people is easy to be satified, read below.

hm, shanghai people should feel strange that i give this kind judge to them. not surprised, shanghainese think they have already reach the top servise standand, but that is because you guys never been guangzhou. just image in shanghai, in the normal chinese style fast food restraunant, i paid and then waited more than 12 minites for one cup of noodle, shit. the ISTEN in huaihailu even dare end business on 9pm and it is said sometimes they close on tuesdays and wednesdays.
