为了把一台iis4移到另一台iis5机器上，服务器IP也变了，
东问西找，试过iissync也不行(从iis4移到另外一台iis4可以的，但好象移不到iis5,不知是不是我配错了，还是没有作群集).
最后在http://www.iisfaq.com/MOVING/找到了IIS Export Utility v2 for IIS 4 & IIS 5 ,还是它好用。
以下是它的一些文档：
This is a very useful Shareware app that is used to transfer or migrate web sites from one IIS4/5 (Microsoft Internet Information Server version 4 or 5) server to another.
It keeps in tact all read/write permissions, virtual directories and a host of other options and settings. It will even copy the content of your web sites too!
