Yellow curry paste
Ingredients: red chili, garlic, salt, onion, turmeric powder, and spices
Directions: with one pack of yellow curry paste stir and fry in 2 cups (400gm) coconut milk(creamy milk) and 500gm meat be fried together till meat done . boil with 3 cups (600gm) low fat coconut milk. Add potato taste and seasoning as needed before serving.
材料:
糕蟹 3只 砍件
蔥段 適量
薑片 數片

汁料::
Yellow curry paste 一包
泰国椰浆 600ML
三花淡奶 500ML
灯笼椒 一只切丝
红萝卜 半个切丝
洋葱 一个切丝

做法:
1. 温油将蟹快走油 放与碟内
2. 大火热油爆炒灯笼椒丝,红萝卜丝,洋葱丝至软身发出香味
3. 加入咖喱椰浆和淡奶用搅拌机搅拌到完全混合再煮滚转中火煮约5分钟
4. 放已走油的蟹,姜葱大火翻炒至汁料收干到粘稠上碟即可
提示,放蟹之前应该先试味道看够不够,一般咖喱都够咸,只需要根据个人喜好加点糖就可以了,也可以用苹果切丝,这是日本咖喱的做法
还褒了霸王花猪骨汤,酒香芥兰和韭菜花肉丝炒豆干
