我已搞掂SB PCI128 DIGITAL的四声道输出问题了。
我是看了驱动程序的说明才OK的。 以下是原文：
2. NOTES FOR WINDOWS 2000 / WINDOWS MILLENNIUM EDITION USERS

2.1 Creative Configurator
The Creative Configurator application does not work in
Windows 2000 / Windows Millennium Edition.
To change to 4-speaker mode, follow the steps described
below:
1) Click Start -> Settings -> Control Panel.
2) In Control Panel, double-click the Sounds and
Multimedia icon.
3) On the Audio tabbed page, under Sound Playback,
click the Advanced button.
4) In the Advanced Audio Properties dialog box, on
the Speakers tabbed page, select the desired speaker
configuration from the Speaker Setup box.
上文的大概意思是SB PCI128的配置程序在WIN ME/WIN 2000下不能使用，
通过控制面板->多媒体->音频->播放声音->高级->扬声器设置->四声道扬声器
我现在播放VCD/DVD/CD/MP3都能输出四声道了
