Research Engineer and PostDoctor position

We are looking for Research Engineer and PostDoctor for a one and half year project
"Web-Based Virtual Lab", the total fund is S$180,000.
The aim of this project is to build a Web-Based Virtual Lab that anyone can access
in anywhere at anytime via Internet. Various experiments for engineering students
will be made available in the Web-Based Virtual Lab. With this advanced facility,
students can conduct actual experiments from remote computers at anytime, as if
they were working in the actual laboratories. Researchers in different countries can
also conduct research co-operatively and remotely at the same time.
* A PhD degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is a must.
* Experience in computer network, Java, JavaScript, C/C++, HTML, perl.
* Experience in web server, Windows NT and UNIX (Sun OS 5.5.1) administration.
* Experience in control system, FPGA and flow measurement is a preference.
* Experience in Video compression is a preference.
* Experience in LabView is a preference.
* Must be good at english, especially in oral english.
* Must have publications on Chinese first class journals or international journals.
The salary is about S$2500-S$4000/month according to your qualification and experience.
Other wellfare include medical insurance, the thirteenth month's salary and up to
two month's salary bonus per year. And you will be sponsored to apply for Permanent
Resident of Singapore if you would like to do so.
