Dear Grace:
I write this letter to you, just want to say
this from the buttom of my heart: I will always love you,
at least in the future five years, I won't fall in love
with any other girls except you. No matter you will be
here or abroad, no matter you hate me or like me, no matter
how the world will be ---I will always love you.
I received your letter on Oct,13th. You said I am
not "the right person", and you didn't want me to be disa-
ppointed. But in fact, I have been badly disappointed. Th-
ough I am disappointed, I won't give up. If I would give up,
on the Mid-Autumn Night, I have given up already. There just
one time I had thought about giving up --- when you tell me:
I will become the obstruction of your studying. I thought if
I really love you, I should give up. But I find that I just
can't stop myself thinking of you. So I have to say "Sorry,
but I love you."
You told me the matter is on you, not me. But I know
the matter is on you just equal to the matter is on me. It's
just the same... and when you told me the things that I did
and what I am going to do may be lost labor, I must tell you
this: There are a kind of people in this world, they are just
willing to pay, but always not care for repaying in the love
world. But to be frank, I am not this kind. I can do anying
for you, just for you. But I care, I really care, I care rep-
aying than anyone in this planet. You may ask this vigilantly:
"What repay DO you want?" Of course the perfect repaying is the
love of you, but I will tell you gently and softly: "If you are
happy when you be with me every time, if I can always see the
smile which like the sunshine on your face, if I can always
hear the sweet laugh of you, if I have ever been --- or can be
a part--- not seeking for a big part, just a little part in
your life---that's already the best repay to me, that's enough."
Love deeply and wholeheartedly, I may get hurt, but it
is the only way to live completely.
