Question:
发现windows95和windows98有千年虫，在资源管理器中新建以doc为后缀的
文件时，显示的文件创建时间异常，2000-01-01：1：51分创建的，显示为
97-8-1 8：57。新建其他文件正常（如txt,bmp...).
