首先声明，这个步骤有危险，而且要修改注册表，应该提前做好备份工作。
1，停掉所有的Exchange Services。主要包括：
Microsoft Exchange Directory Service to Metabase
Microsoft Exchange Event
Microsoft Exchange IMAP4
Microsoft Exchange Information Store
Microsoft Exchange Management
Microsoft Exchange Message Transfer Agent Stacks
Microsoft Exchange POP3
Microsoft Exchange Routing Engine
Microsoft Exchange Site Replication Service
Microsoft Exchange System Attendant
2，打开注册表，删除以下的KEY

3，打开添加删除程序中的“WINDOWS组件”，将IIS从机器中删除掉，检查一下sysroot\system32\inetsrv下的Metabase.bin是否已经被删除，如果没有被自动删除，那就手工删了它。
4，从硬盘中删除所有的"Exchsrvr"文件夹。
5，重新启动机器。
6，重新安装IIS，并打上所有的补丁。
再次说明，这是一件非正常的做法，只有在正常UNINSTALL无效的情况下才应该使用。
