你是用大型的数据库吧，我知道在SYBASE中如这样的话需设置数据库选项，
你用sp_helpdb看看，在STATUS项应有select into/bulkcopy,ddl in tran
如没有需用sp_dboption设置。
sp_dboption 数据库名，'ddl in tran',true
