Shooting Star
I¡¯m like the shooting star,
When you finally realize my existence,
I have already disappeared,
Disappeared in the silent sky...
Disappeared in the silvery moonlight...
People say how silly you are,
Why don't you stay in the sky longer?
Enjoy the happiness and admiration longer?
But I say,
That¡¯s because you don¡¯t know me.
Blithe moment, once is enough.
I¡¯m pleased by that one instance of glory.
I don't regret,
Because once I shone so bright in the sky.
Once I brought light and happiness.
The beauty of shooting star is at one instance.
Although when you realize it,
It has already vanished.
But the beauty of that instance is beyond time and any comparison
Recalling is sweet, so let it be.
i wrote it a couple of weeks ago, today i revised it and put it here
hope everybody will like it and i'm not a good writer, hope everybody will ignore that.
