1.装一个tcpd的包
2.改inetd.conf
ftp stream tcp nowait root /usr/sbin/tcpd in.ftpd
telnet stream tcp nowait root /usr/sbin/tcpd in.telnetd
3.创建 /etc/hosts.allow 和/etc/hosts.deny
4.重启inetd进程 kill -HUP XXX
5.搞定
