本来我是用go.163.com的空间做的，早就想写出来了，但是go163老出错，所以换了个地方才写出这个东西
自定义网易社区首先要先申请一个免费的主页空间，这里不多说了
然后做一个包含框架的网页其中一定要有
frame name="panel"（这个就是网易社区的导航栏）
frame name="main"（这个就是你现在看着篇文章的地方）
然后就在自己喜欢的地方加上框架，然后框架里的东西就可以自己定义了
然后在内容或者签名加上以下内容

其中http://后面的内容就是你的自定义网页地址，注意target前面不要加空格
